I've been asked to give you all some general tips and advice on how to deal with exam-day nerves and this starts with tips on how to get ready before the test.
Incorporating some information from the fabulous Jay from E2, Professor Birgitta Gatersleben, the University Of Surrey, and The Breath Guy, we'll look at what you can do to get started well before exam day, what you should do on the night before the test and on the day of the test itself.
We'll then look at some strategies and tips on what to do when you are in the exam for real. So, get comfortable, take a break, you don't need to concentrate on practice questions for now, just listen and get ready for your OET with us.
